Bought a Veritas square fence from Carbatec melb a month or two ago haven't had much use for it until now. But now having used it for the past week I'm wondering if anyone else could benefit from my experience .
Ive been putting down a deck and have found that being able to use my chippies square with this attached is a time saver
It attaches to either the long or short arm? blade? of the square providing a supporting ledge either a 25mm face or a 6mm face.
being able to butt it up to the edge and know that its square is so much quicker and more accurate than relying on eye
The face of the square aligns with the edge of the workpiece while the weight of the framing square rests on the material. I have found it ideal for use on the DAR decking
