Come on Kev you could squeeze it in,lol
On special for $1900 :o I would hate to see what the original price was.lol
It seems has a massive tool slide, and table and ram to go with it. Though I think the vise a drilling vise.
Even though it has a 25 inch stroke, it still doesn't beat Bryan's rolls royce shaper, that was a great score with all the optional extras fitted.

I agree the TOZ has a lot of features and was a good find.

This machine seems to have a lot of over hang on the table with no visible means of support at the front or underneath.

It also looks as if power down feed may have been an option on it as there is a boss cast on the side of the ram ,where the usual power feed device is mounted.

Any way it's way too big for me and too far away .

Hi Kev,
It looks like that one is designed not to have a table support. If you have a look and the saddle you can see the extra way along the bottom separate from the ways to support it instead.
A lot of shapers have the bosses cast into the ram, my Alba does and a lot of others I have seen do as well. I think it might be easier for the manufactures to cast them all the same then bore them if the option is chosen.
It is a strange size being 25inch stroke, and theirs no way I would pay $1900 for it, $900 maybe.
