Essential Tools for Working Wood
Sunday, 23 January 2011
When: 9.00am registration, workshop starts at 9.30am, goes to 3.00pm

Where: Asquith Boys High School,
Jersey Road,
Asquith.

Just North of Hornsby, there is only one entrance in Jersey Rd, drive in and down past the oval to the Industrial Arts building.

What tools do you need?
How much will they cost?
Where can you buy the tools?
How do you sharpen the tools?
How do you use the tools?

This workshop addresses these questions and provides sound advice on the most effective way to start working with wood.

Cost: $20 for financial TTTG members or $40 for non members. You can join TTTG on the day of the workshop.

Plenty of room at this workshop, look forward to seeing you there.

Participants must dress appropriately for each workshop; this includes stout leather shoes/boots, safety glasses (required) and clothing suitable for workshop work. An apron is recommended. Workcover regulations apply to all participants.
To obtain the maximum benefit, bring your relevant tools and timber to practice on to the workshop.
