Did see one in a secondhand bookshop a couple of years back, it was about $200. Thought it was a good reason not to laminate things:D

i was hoping someone had the book and was willing to sell if it was just sitting around collecting dust. I usually buy my books on Amazon but i am not paying $100 for a used book. That book started selling with a suggested retail price of $19.99 and now look at it.. I was thinging in the neighborhood of doubling the asking price and that would be $40 tops. Oh well thought I would try. Thanks.

have you tried LibraryThing | Catalog your books online (http://www.librarything.com) to see if a library in new jesrsey has it on the shelf?
