I am wondering Where to get pulleys? I am after ones that are about 2" in diameter.

In industry I'd purchase them in Sydney from Bakers or Blackwoods;
Blackwoods are in Melbourne Blackwoods | All Your Workplace Needs (http://www2.blackwoods.com.au/Default.aspx)
or I'm sure a good engineering supplies company thats in your local area will be able to supply you with the pulleys you're chasing.
