I have scored this large chest of map drawers and am thinking about using them as small item storage in my new shed.
Her is a picture of it standing on one end.

There are 6 drawers each with a storage height of about 70 mm. The chest and drawers are made of steel and run on bearings so they a very strong and smooth. I was thing about a drawer or two for fixings (nut, bolts, screws etc) and the rest for tools.

I am wondering if anyone has a clever system for or has found a low cost solution for dividing up such large flat storage areas.

I have used 3mm ply.

It is easy to make up dividers using a saw (I use the the radial arm) because the blade has a 3mm kerf.

Just stack and cut halfway through on their edge= instant dividers.:D
