Hey Everyone
Well I built another sled today this one is for angles so I can do celtic knots all comments welcome (not as flash as Pariss sleds)

G'day Ian. Yeah mate, that should work OK. I'd put a 150mm X 20mm thick strip of wood across the face of the mitre gauge so you have somthing to cut into to finish the cut off. But clever thinking using the mitre gauge :2tsup:

Hey Ian,
Like Pariss says, good idea with the Mitre Gauge, I also would have a sacraficial face on the gauge and also an adjustable stop piece, so that all the cuts are indexed and even.

PS when doing celtic knots how many cut is a good effect

Hey Ian,
Apparently 4 (four) is the correct ammount of cuts, just remember that you have to cut out as much, as you are putting in, ie: if your infill is 3mm, you must cut out 3mm, otherwise it all goes pear shaped.
