heres a one piece slim i knocked out the other day, dressed in a beaut bit of redheart burl.
the colour in this stuff is amazing looks like its been dyed!

Mexican Redheart makes a pleasing pen anyway with the bonus of the longwood design packs a punch.

I know your turning is never casual or oportunistic so when you spent the time you have on this one the reward is apparent. Collecting and using special timber pays with results.
