Moving My Documents

I've just installed a 2Tb hard disk to my computer and would like to move the Libraries/My Documents folders over to it. I'm running Windows 7 and would like to know if there's an easy & bulletproof way to do do the move.
I've already backed up all my and the missus files and set a restore point, so if anything goes wrong hopefully all is not lost

John......It is very straightforward....have a look here (http://www.w7forums.com/change-location-my-documents-folder-t338.html) and follow the prompts, it's quicker than me rewriting it out and is pretty well foolproof....you can press 'Restore Defaults' if you mess it up the fist time.

Thanks Ravna, did as you suggested and it worked reasonably well. I say reasonably because I "lost" 1200 -1500 MP3's in the process, luckily I had backed my Libraries folders before proceeding further.
