I bought the MM top kit recently, I used it on the job the first day to get me out of trouble on a difficult cut out for the plumber in a cabinet. Its not the sort of tool that will get used every day in my job but it will be invaluable when needed, I know others who have one and they swear by them and are always finding different ways to use the attachments.
As for the price they are too dear and the accesories are over priced, I guess thats what you pay for exclusive and not too popular tools, so it depends on what you want it for and how much money you have.
Good luck,
Cheers,
John

You don't say what your principle requirement(s) are/is. If you want a sander there are lots of other options. The delta shaped sanders from Metabo/Bosch/Festool are great. I have the Metabo because it was the best deal on the day.

There are also other detail sanders that are of lesser cost from B&D etc that are also worth a look if your needs are for a less industrial tool.

I have a fein MM variable speed its great, delta sander for power cant be touched, I made a smaller head for it to get into narrower areas works a treat. Saw attachments work well my son has cut holes in a friends bonnet for air intakes worked well no boucing around like you get with a jigsaw. Saw can also get to places a oyu wont get a jigsaw into.
