Need Wood Turning Services

Hey There,

I was wondering if there was anyone who would be available for some small batch wood turning for wood handles 2" diameter x maybe 15" long

The initial quantities would be 20 handles at a time, probably no more than 50 at time.

Wood type would be hickory or ash.

I can provide PDF, STP, and/or DWG as needed.

My preference is for some level of finish.

Yup. Australia is a fair distance away for your needs.

But right down the street from you (more or less) is the Capital Area Woodturners, in Alexandria. I attended one of their meetings a few years ago, and they were most welcoming. Look here: Capital Area Woodturners (http://www.capwoodturners.org/)

According to their web site, the next meeting is a potluck picnic June 11 at an alternate location. Regular meeting July 9.

Northern Virginia is my old stomping grounds.
