Marquetry from vienna

hallo woodworkers

I´m from vienna/austria may you know mozart or falco there im living:2tsup:

now i will show my last project

its a round table in barock styl

i have learnt the techniques by myself like try and error
this is a really hard way to have succes

but some of the members and newbies know that

so i hope to get some feedback

there are some older marquetries
one is in m.c. escher styl
its a famous grafic from him

They are very good Davanti. I particularly like the Escher. What is the wood you used for the table top marquetry?

Hello Michael

for the table i used walnut and sycamore/maple ( i hope the translater did a goog job) and nothing else

the escher picture is whitewood and spruce

its not easy to say but i think may 30 hours with all

making marquetrie, table, finish

are you also making marquetry or somthing else??
