A definite skid mark moment, scared the poop outa me.

I've put a dint in the roof when I forgot to change the belt. I remember laying on the floor in the foetal position for a while.

I imagine he would be somewhat glad they didn't have the control box positioned half way down the lathe....

I don't think I gave the holt melt glue long enough to set properly.

The question I have is why did it do that?

Christos could have been bad glue up or over tightening between centres which puts force along the shaft. Looking at the video my guess both
