As you're in the US you can get the Joyner pendant plates from here. (http://www.torne-lignum.com/Pendant-chucks.html)

I got one from Wood N Workshop and they are great.

Thanks for the links. I might have to go that route, but was hoping someone might have one they don't use and save a few $$.
