Hello, I need to accurately measure the profile of the curved joint between the wall and vinyl floor in a shop, so that I can cut bases for a cupboard that will match this profile. It is roughly 100 - 150mm radius, at a guess

Can anyone please help with suggestions on how best to do this?

Not sure if I can explain this but, place a piece of paper or cardboard vertically, resting on the floor away from the wall.(tape it to the side of a box or something similar) Use a piece of wood as a spacer to keep your pencil a fixed distance from the wall. Run the piece of wood down the wall and through the curve as you draw on the paper. The profile will be acurately transfered to the paper to use as a template.

I use one of those bendy drawing rulers. Bend it in-situ so it fits the profile and then transfer that straight to the base. They're not cheap but you may be able to borrow one?
