Table saw blades

I have inherited 6 9" table saw blades that seem sharp but are a bit dirty! A little bit of surface rust and general goop on them. What is the best way to clean these up? Is it just a matter on steel wool and some turps or is there a better way.

Peter,
If they have resin built up on the teeth, you can clean it off using oven cleaner. Mr. Muscle works. Just follow the instructions as to how long to leave it, then wash/brush off.

Then steel wool & kero to get rid of the rust.
