HI:) Gary,
I googled the name Versatile Engineering and came up with this Versatile Engineering - Abrasives - Bayswater, VIC - Yellow PagesŪ (http://www.yellowpages.com.au/vic/bayswater/versatile-engineering-13840835-listing.html) Versatile Engineering, Australia - Australian manufacturers guide (http://www.ausmanufacturers.com.au/versatile/) . I couldn't find anything about the Grinder itself.

Stuart,

Spoke to Geoff (who only purchasaed the company a few years back) at Versatile Engineering, said one of his staff, Rob who has worked with them for a long time will be back on Monday and has the background on the T and C grinder. They do have some parts left but no longer make the complete item. There are dwgs and maybe some photo copies of data ???? Their address used to be 8 Pratt St Ringwood and they have been in business since after WW2 mainly doing linsher parts and rubber backed wheels,
