Carefull with this brand

Just a heads up people.
I baught a $200 Rossi 215amp inverter stick welder off Ebay a few months ago and after around 3 hours of use it has let the magic smoke out and it won't go back it.

After 13 emails to the seller and no responce I have just walked away from it.
Just thought I would let you all know.
It will be the first and last time I buy cheep #####.2 YR WARRANTY PPffft.

Google "AGR Machinery Fair Trading" and you will see a lot of action against them. There is also a facebook page where you can tell of you horror story.

You can get you money back by lodging a fair trading action against them. Consumer guarantees extend to ebay products also that have been sold post Jan 1 2011.

Yet another example where the length or terms of warranty mean little if there is no supplier support. Pete's post above is good advice - make the bastards pay.
