Just thought I'd share a tip with you all.
When sharpening your tungsten for tig welding on a bench grinder, put the tungsten in your battery drill and pull the trigger whilst applying tip to the wheel. Perfect concentric sharp points every time. This is also more effective for avoiding grooving your wheel as it is easier to move the tungsten across the wheel face.
