I have started this separately so as not to confuse anybody.

They have asked for a list of the tool pieces and then they will quote of the order.

Its probably feasable to cut the longer pieces up with a friction saw or the 1mm cut blades for the 4" grinder. This might help those who find the pricing a bit stiff.
Bare in mind it can be silver soldered as it can with stand temps of 1500c before any change in hardness, with that in mind tips are an option.

1/4" x 1" would do me to try out in my Oland shaft  Gotta be better than old drill stubs and the McJing HSS that I've been using :~

I am interested in a piece of 1/4 x 1/4" x 3 or 4".

And possibly a piece for a parting tool, I would have to measure my holder to know what size I would need, but it's probably 1/2 ' x 3/32". I will check tonight.

I was looking at the wrong post.
Hughie, could I put my hand up for: 1/4" X 1/4" X2 1/2" long and 3/32" X
1/2" X 6" long.
The way the computer writes fractions makes them not easy to read.
Twill be interesting to see if they come to the party with some affordable pricing.
Thanks Hughie for puting yourself out, I hope it doesn't turn into a mine field for you
