Banksia's last Breath

Hi All

This is my 1st post. I've been looking through the posts and have been inspired to restart an old love with wood working. Thankyou all.

I have an old Banksia that recently gave up the ghost :toobad: and am looking to have it removed and milled. The base trunk diameter is approximately 350 - 400mm and tree height is approximately 7 meters.

Is there anyone or know of someone in Perth southern that would help drop the tree and mill it in exchange for payment.

I have said it before but not quite in this situation we all have to start from somewhere.

It would seem that you are going to start your woodworking from the tree. Could be a little while before it dries. :U
