Hello all
I have purchased a lathe second hand about a month ago with the intention of turning pens and other small projects. nothing serious and I wanted to do it with only a small outlay
having only limited knowledge of lathes and woodturning when I made the purchase I foolishly got a lathe with a solid shaft (no MT) the lathe is some obscure brand made in Aus and not out of business.
question is. is it possible to replace the current shaft with one that has a MT? or can i get some sort of adaptor? apart from the lack of the MT it’s a great lathe (at least for what I have been doing wit it so far)
cheers
