Hi all ,just wondering if anyone has used a hafco B-18v Scroll saw . I have a 14 inch hafco bandsaw that I love but haven't used the scroll saw . If its no good then what is a worthy one to get for under $500 thanks

You can pick up some good quality ones off ebay for $250-$30 secondhand. I have seen some good although admittedly old ones go cheaply in the last year or so. The size and quality you should get depends also on what kind of work you will be doing and how frequently.
