Source for tools

I had this question asked of me recently in that does anyone know of an Oz soure for tools the likes of Scorps ,inshaves,adzes etc?
I have looked through what known sources I have but with no success.

Lance, surely one doesn't `flog' scorps and inshaves? Wouldn't one purvey them, or furnish them perhaps?
