Hi all
I have just picked up an old blue Durden Pacemaker (tablesaw with planer etc) cheaply and have serviced it, but being more of a turner than a wood worker, would like to know what size blade I should fit to it. Also, what sort of fitting goes on ether side of the blade and where would I get one from. The locking nut is there, but it would seem some sort of bushing is missing. This is an old unit which I am sure someone is familiar with. Otherwise the unit seems quite sound. Any advice would be gratefully recieved.

You could email the people at this linkhttp://www.axmell.com.au/
here in Adelaide, they should be able to help you.
Pacemakers come in a few models with either 10" or 12" blades, well thats my understanding anyway. eg UP10 = 10" UP12 = 12".
Good luck
Rod

I have a fairly old Durden Pacemaker but it's black, not blue. I think contacting Axmell is your best bet too but if you don't have any luck there, let me know and I'll photocopy the relevant bits of the manual for you.
