I wish to obtain a manual or parts list for the HL100 lathe

In looking up a photo of the lathe, it appears to be an entry level lathe made in China and supplied in any number of colors and names to various sellers.

If you are new to turning, go to a men's shed and get some instruction. A manual will not help you much. Once you have some familiarity with any lathe, you do not need a manual.

If you need parts, check around the various sellers of wood working equipment and see if they sell a lathe that looks like yours. They may or may not have parts. They may have a manual that you could copy, or by just looking at it you will see the above.

Experienced turners are likely to look down their noses at your lathe, but you have what you have, and it will rotate a piece of timber so that you may stick a sharp piece of metal into it and make something.

If the bug bites and you get addicted, then starts the trip down the path of better lathe, tools, grinder, etc., etc.
