After looking around for a while and deciding I would like a 1" belt sander, I have been looking for plans and have found a lot that are designed for knife making, but none for wood. I would think about a 40" belt and with some sort of platen. Any ideas out there? Thanks from snowy and cold Alberta, Canada.
