Google restrict access to may of their titles, even if they are not actually hosted by Google.
Project Gutenburg and The Internet Wayback Machine ( Internet Archive: Digital Library of Free Books, Movies, Music & Wayback Machine (http://archive.org/index.php) ) are less restrictive, and have most publications in .html as well as .pdf and sometimes up to 6 different formats, not to mention multiple editions.
