I think Santa must have OD'd on the mince pies last year as I had a request to make a new belt for him. The old plastic one was not to be seen in and the buckle pin was busted. I fitted the buckle with a new pin made from half-round brass (a large split pin). The belt made up of three lengths sewn together, I didn't have a piece long enough for his corpulent belly.

Maybe he will look at my Christmas list with some favour, top of my list is a Toyota Hilux but I doubt he could fit it into his sledge.

Last thing we'd want to see is Santa loosing his dacks as he scoots back up the chimmney Mark.

Well done you may have just saved Christmas.

Oh I am sure he could accommodate the Toyota I have seen them in 1/16th scale:U

Speaking of Santa and his helpers, our post office is in the front room of a house, maybe 6mts X 3mts as it serves a population here of 500, behind the counter in plain site is where our Post Mistress has all her parcels waiting for people to pick them up. That pile hardly changes, in the amount, through the year. I often say to her "Oh, it must be nice to be one of Santas helpers" with a grumbling reply ".......bloody Santas helper........

I must say too, a mate and his wife took their 4 year old daughter to the PO to post a letter to the man in red. I was so pleased that the parents did it for her. The magic at Christmas for kids is so diluted that kids don't seem to have much to look forward to

Thank you for helping out my old mate OBUK! :2tsup::2tsup::2tsup:

Several times he has asked me to stand in for him. First time
I had to cling on for grim death whilst sitting on the end of the
ladder over the front of a fire engine.

Once I rode a small Honda bike into a school play ground. Last effort I was
Ensconced behind a bikie on his trike.

All great fun!! Love the way the kids react.

That Santa is a really nice bloke. Really appreciated not having his trousers fall down at the kids Christmas Party. So much so he had an extra little pressy in his sack, along with the Star Wars figures & Barbie Dolls there was a bottle of Captain Morgan for me (would have preferred Bundy OP but I mustn't complain).

Good grief!! Bundy rum has to be one of the worst rums on the face of the earth!!

I don't care if it's popular! It's still bloody terrible.

Try Mt. Gay & Mt. Gay Old.

Send me a bottle & I will give my professional opinion as a serious rum drinker. (ex. R.N. (when they still had a rum ration)).

:C Never mind - just have to put up with 'Capt. Morgan'.
Oh yes, there's a little 'Lambs' left and a small drop of 'Pussers'.
Sadly the 'Woods' has all gone - does Father Christmas check Amazon Wish Lists?
