I don't think pics are nessicary, but i screwed a 40x50mm bit of pine along the center of a crappy bit of 900x600x12mm particle board. It is then easy to drop into a workmate and screw shut. When not in use it folds with the workmate, or can come out completely and take up very little floor space.
