I have a Carbatec 19" bandsaw I purchased 3 years ago and the bottom belt came off as you can see in the picture. It tried to pull it up the side of the bandsaw and cut the belt up quite a bit. Well I said, and a few more choice words, this is still under the 5 year waranty so I'll ring Carbatec. Yep they replaced it straight away with no argument. They got some browney point from me, and the bandsaw is a great performing machine as well.
