hi im Tony. i had a stroke therefore only have one hand, the left one. someone was telling me about a lathe or attachment that allowed it to be used with one hand? works by turning the other way, also dont get covered in wood shavings?im planning on getting a lathe soon but will get the right one. can you help with any information? thanks look forward to your answer, Tony

There's a one arm turner named Les Roberts who usually attends Turnfest in Qld. If you get into contact with Dave Drescher of Turnfest he might be able to pass his contact on to you.

Both are great blokes so get in touch through David. There was a Symtec lathe for sale a little while ago on Ebay or Gumtree but very very pricey for its condition etc.
