High guys, i'm trying to find a very high build spray on filler. As an example....if you were making a plug for a very large fibre glass boat the 30 feet plus.
One method is to use huge overhead NC routers to shape closed cell foam. The foam is machines undersize by some 10-12mm. A hard coat spray on epoxy base
filler is then applied and then the plug is then re-machined to size these filler set very hard and can be built up very thick. Typically this method amongst others is used for cars as well. But for testing shapes in Wind Tunnels
etc. If anyone knows of some of these products i would be very appreciative.

Hello Sinjin,

I know it is an old post but I work in Superyacht industry and a product we use is Alwgrip Spray Fairing (http://www.awlgrip.com/products/fillers/sprayable-fairing-compound.aspx) I am not quite sure exactly what you wanted to do but this product may be of help to you.
