Amp has one analogue input -How to connect two analoge devices?

OK, I might be wishing for the impossible here, but here is my problem.
I have replaced my dead amp and CD player with a combo that does both.
This unit - NAD C715 - has a single analogue input.
I can plug either the turntable - APAN - or Tape player - Yamaha - into it, but not both without first unplugging the other.
Now since I am basically lazy, I was wondering if there was a simple solution, apart from buying another higher spec'd amp.
Is there a device that will take more than one analogue signal, and itself plug into the single input?
I have in mind something like a splitter - ie two plug into it, then it plugs into the amp.

SG, If your new unit can take the phono ok now, it means your phono must be a modern one that has a preamp built in it. If that is the case , then a simple switch box without a preamp in it will do the job. Of course you can get a more expensive switch box that has a remote with it(one more thing to get lost). If your phono is an old one it would need the preamp suggested by Fred , Amos:)

Oh dear no.
My old APAN is an antique. I bought it in 1972, and have worn out a few belts on it. I am guessing it doesn't have a pre-amp but it did work OK on my previous Monarch and then NAD amps - so who knows?
It is an APAN BRU-121 if that helps.

The speed selector on mine is a simple lever not the push buttons shown here. I guess that makes mine older - or younger. I suspect older.

I realise you've already got a good solution to the original question, but, if it were me I'd also consider an simple 4 channel mixing console, the logic is that it might provide for a lot of future functionality, they are available on ebay for $100 or so.. ( hmmm I went looking for a link, but the ones I found were pickup only... ) but here's one..
