ok, how do I get rid of PVA leaks that have spilled over and hardenened in the corners?

seems to be resistant to sanding....

and please don't tell me that prevention is easiest way, cos its too late now ! :)

Any tips? something that will dissolve it?

cheers

Common white vinegar will disolve/ soften ordinary white pva But beware of what else it will effect.
Sharp chisel & some carefull work sounds the go
cheers
