Has any one placed an internet order with Henery Eckert the Lie Nielson agent in Australia?

Their delivery and response to email inquiries about orders placed is slower than a wet week :((

Quick to bank my money though.

The parcel arrived today, delivery was still slow and they had not responded to an email sent last week.

Have had nothing but fantastic service and delivery times from David.

Remember they have been extremely busy with the Schwarz visit and Perth LN Hantool event.

I have ordered directly and found the service and delivery excellent. Great products also.

Not my problem, customer comes first, after all it is the customer who pays the wages at the end of the day, doesn't excuse not answering my email inquiring as to the progress of the order

Hi Phillip,

I have scoured our inboxes, trash & junk mail and only found 2 emails from you. The first I answered as soon as our plane arrived in Perth, a few hours after it was sent to us and the second we answered as soon as I arrived at the office this morning, around 3 hours after you sent it. We normally dispatch same day but the we only had one of the two triangular saw files you ordered in stock. This is why it showed 'in stock' but we couldn't deliver two. We had to wait 3 days for the second one and dispatched Startrack Overnight and it arrived this morning for you. Startrack also send an email to recipients to track the item 2 hours after they scan the parcel at our warehouse so that should have come to you as well.

I hope we can improve our service in the future and we apologise for any inconvenience we have caused you.
