Problem with uploading photos

Hi
Thing seem to have changed slightly since I last posted photos. I can get as far as getting the files into the box labled " Upload Files From Your Computer/Website"
but then it tells me to "drag previously uploaded files into this area to attach them" and I can't get this to work.

I just tried to u/l some pics and couldnt get it to work either so had to use photobucket

I just tried to upload a photo and was told "This is not a valid image file". Can anyone offer a solution? It is a JPG file.
