You would have to be kidding :roflmao: i have seen so many pens for sale that are up around this price but really it disgusts me to see a simple pen like this which looks like a Jr Gent or Baron or similar in gold plating that i would be happy to get $60 for at this ridiculous price. I have seen alot of people devalue the making of things like slimlines or similar but there are also places that want plenty for them.
I do believe it is hard to find a set price for pens but generally most people are around the same price but if you want to find expensive pens then just have a look at websites and you will find them.

Cheers Ian

Wow... good luck to them if they can get that sort of money for a basic pen like that. I wonder how much the turner is getting out of that sale :oo:

Is it anyone from in here?

I think it's brilliant, gives a true value to a hand made pen.

Now how do I get into that market?

What is the true value, $100 max?

It's fine to advertise it at that price
but I can't see a "Sold" sign in the vicinity.

How much do you think they will give me for mine, it is made from old growth Tasmanian Myrtle. harvested sustainably, selected and shipped personally to Melbourne by the artisan, and handcrafted in a small family owned workshop

Ok the translation, I made it in my backyard shed from timber I purchased in Tasmania while on holidays

Oh I forgot to mention of hand crafted exotic green polymer with a ribbon of cream flowing through showing how the pen flows across the page.

I can do this all day :)

Hey There,

I was down at that Romance Sandalwood joint earlier this year, they have lumps of Sandalwood, debarked and about 5 kilos for about $2000, they had some pretty ordinary Slims there for $45.00 and some real ordinary Barrons for $100.00, well and truly overpriced,
