Does anybody know what pen kit this is? Is it available in Australia?

Hi all - would appreciate your thoughts on what pen kit this is. I've been asked by a friend to replace the clip but its not a pen I have made.
It has distinctive stars in a Southern Cross pattern on the end. Any help would be appreciated! If anyone has a clip or can tell me where to buy the kit I'd love to know.

Same as most Elegant beauty style ,as said this used to be sold by David at Timberbits as one of his australiana styles with the wattle and southern cross on the clip end. May be a bit difficult to disassemble as both parts are a press fit into the barrel . Cyheers ~ John
