Hi all!
I've recently moved to Sydney's northern beaches and bought a house that needed a lot more work than I thought it would!
So far I've re-stumped a deck that was sagging alarmingly, knocked out a wall to the kitchen and put up new supporting beams for an expanded new kitchen and replaced (old) termite damaged floor joists ... which has been my weekend "fun" for the past few months. :C
So now it's time for some real pleasure and I'm looking forward to relaxing times doing creative projects.
