Hi folks! This is my first post so hello all of you http://www.metalmeet.com/forum/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif

I wish to create fingerprint sculpture made of copper or aluminium sheet.

I have sample of 3d image created in photoshop. I want to get similar effect, maybe not so much detailed as on pic I show you...

What best technique to make it? BY hand ? I saw some utube tutorials like they push and squeeze metal sheet between two rolls and the shape is than created.

First I was thinking of making that design in wood but I think in metal wit patinas it will look better !

Thank you for help on this project http://www.metalmeet.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif and sorry for my bad English as I am not native http://www.metalmeet.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif

all best !

Looks ideal for 3D printing.
