Anyone with a Hartley 'Vixen 20 Cruiser'

Having nearly finished my first boat project I'm talking myself into attempting a bigger boat. Looked at photos of the Hartley 'Vixen 20 Cruiser' and like it.
Would love to make contact with someone who is building/has built/ or owns one of these (or similar size version) Ideal if in Sth Aust but not necessary.
