View Full Version : some decent sized turnings with a bit of carving thrown in

Found these on my wanderings around the Central Philippines just recently. Drums and large ones at that, for celebrating the local annual festival Sinulog. Rather old but how old I couldnt find out. I 'm 5-9 so you can see they not so small and I believe the wood is some sort of Acacia as its fairly soft and light weight

How did you fit them into the bag, with only a 30kg limit? Ha Ha.

Yeah the type they like to use is soft and fairly light compared to some trees they have there.
