Need help finding a plan....

Hello all,

I saw this picture awhile back and thought all I had to do is look at it and come up with a design. Easier thought then done. Does anyone know who has this cabinet or knows what magizine it was scanned from?

Its from one of the toolbox books edited by Jim....... Now the hard part - I can't remember if that's Tolpin or Landis.
