Might be a simple shape but I see a great lot of work that went into that.

Love it!!!:2tsup::2tsup::2tsup:
Two great pieces good sire!:)
A personal preference would be to see the egg on a plain coloured stand.

Very nice work Dennis. :2tsup: :2tsup:
I had to do some quick research on Pernambuco. I've never heard of it before.
Apparently it's normally used for violin bows. I learn something every day here. :cool:

Pernambuco is a place in Brazil, to which I have been.
Some pretty good timbers reside there but procurement is extremely difficult.

So I discovered. Initially I searched 'Pernambuco' and came up with the state, so added 'wood' and found the timber, AKA 'Brazilwood'.
It would be an interesting place to visit. I envy you, I've only been as far as NZ.

best shaped egg I have seen in a long time and the laminating adds a lot to it. well done and thanks for sharing
