Night classes in what? Carpentry, wood turning, welding, accountancy, parragliding?

If you are looking for woodworking classes, try contacting Timbecon - I'm pretty sure that they have in shop classes & can probably put you in touch with independant instructors like 'Gatiep'.

For the other stuff, get in touch with T.A.F.E. or whatever its called, technical/vocational education, used to be called 'Tech. College' intil someone discovered acronims. They can tell you where to enquire about 'Adult Education' classes held after hours, often based in their colleges or High Schools.

Since I'm from NSW like CraigB, I can't give direct advice, & my local contacts aren't current.

This might be worth a look. In any event, they would probably be able to point you in the right direction.
