Nova chuck mount dimensions

Can anyone help me with dimensions for the thread mounting to the lathe spindle.
I need to mount it to my new lathe M30 x 3.5. So I need to get an adapter but do not know which one to get.

I have 2 of these adapters and cant get ether of them to run strait, its most frustrating.
