South Australian Dingo on Jacaranda slab

This is a dingo burnt into a Jacaranda slice.
I am quite happy how it worked out.
I was surprised just how well the Jacaranda burned as well.
It is a piece for our resident Dingo expert as a retirement gift.
The piece was from a photo supplied to me by a colleague from the dog fence board.
Apparently quite typical of the dogs found in South Australia.

Burners at our club use almost exclusively Jac but plenty available around here.

Where do you get it from. I paid premium from a wood supplier.

Jacaranda timber is in plentiful supply around SE Qld & Northern NSW...common tree here
