Just to introduce myself. I have been involved with woodwork for many years, having used it for formwork in the construction inilding my own house and some furniture, also a boat and an aeroplane.
Now I am settling down, with no big projects in the shed and just dabbling with woodwork. Have the usual hand tools and a triton sawbench, routers etc, but nothing fancy.
I have just made my first box with mitred corners, having used dovetails previously. Mitres look good and are easier. I will no doubt be asking questions as I go along.
