Handyjack 21st June 2015, 07:22 PM I am sure Bunnings were selling something like this for a short time a few years ago.
One of the things I considered at the time is what happens when the batteries expire? Having looked at this video I wonder how sturdy the internal flexible wires are that are used for scroll saw, table saw function.
Like a lot of things, yes it looks good but I question how good it would be in real usage.
Does not have a router table function. Now that I would find useful. Also no dust extraction is shown.
RedShirtGuy 21st June 2015, 08:55 PM I'm pretty sure that, based on the demonstrator's clothing, he's an elf and Santa has a bunch of these kits that he wants to give to good little woodworkers around the world :q
Luke Maddux 21st June 2015, 11:51 PM Maybe this is the answer for the FIFO woodworker (like me).
DaveTTC 22nd June 2015, 07:59 AM Noe if makita made a box like that for their 18v range
